Cake with peaches

Ingredients
350 g flour
200 g butter
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
20 g ground almonds
1 yolk
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp (5 ml) rum
2 tbsp (20 ml) milk
# Stuffing:
peaches
sugar
almonds
cinnamon
# Bishkoti:
6 eggs
180 g sugar
180 g flour
Method
Make a paste of sifted flour and other products and leave in a cool place. After about half an hour rolled crust, place in a baking dish and baked. Meanwhile, make the dough for biscuits: Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar, a little add 2 tablespoons of water and stirring until the mixture thickens. Beat egg whites to snow, add remaining sugar and continue stirring until snow solidify. Add egg white and snow sifted twice flour in the egg yolks. Peaches are arranged on the baked dough (with cut surface up), sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon and chopped almonds, covered with bishkotenoto dough and doizpicha.
