Cake with zucchini

Ingredients
2 eggs
125 ml sunflower oil
85 g brown sugar
350 g coarsely grated zucchini (or two small)
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla 2
300 g flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg attrited
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
85 g in large pieces chopped walnuts
140 g raisins
and butter for oilne form.

Method
In a bowl beat eggs, the oil and sugar, then add coarsely grated zucchini and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients by adding a pinch of salt and mix. Then add the dry ingredients to the liquid and pour the mixture into pre-greased form. Bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about an hour. * This cake is suitable for freezing for about a month - a month and a half.
