Carrots in Korean

Ingredients
1 kg carrots
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
100 ml olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
Method
Carrots are washed and cut lengthwise into thin strips 2x2 mm square section. Grind garlic or squeezed onto the carrots. Add salt and pepper vinegar. Olive oil becomes heated and watered salad. Mix everything well. Place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

Why are Korean and Russian cuisine are type, otherwise it would be carrots in Russian, otherwise salad is great!

Super! I was in South Korea two years ago and I am delighted by kuhnyatya them! I liked everything, but I'm most fascinated by their kimchi. Soon 20 X go again.

Correct salad with coriander instead of pepper and it beans. And olive oil is heated and it put briefly garlic and flushed gently pour over carrots and confuse well.
