Cauliflower with Bechamel sauce

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 cup ready bechamel sauce
100 g cheese
salt, pepper
nutmeg powder

Method
Cauliflower is divided into pieces and boiled in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain very well out of the water and each piece is immersed in a bechamel sauce, then arrange in a baking dish. If remaining sauce, pour evenly over cauliflower. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven until cheese is melted. Beshamelat must be seasoned with black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg (if not added in making it).
