Bratzigovo buns

500-600 g flour
300 ml warm milk
2 eggs + 1 egg white
30 g yeast
1/2 tsp baking soda
5 tbsp sunflower oil
5 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
100 g butter for dipping
# For topping:
50 ml sunflower oil
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
# spreads:
1 yolk

On products dough is kneaded medium soft dough (for mekitsi). Rest for about 40 minutes and the butter melts. Dough make small balls that are dipped in the butter and line up in the pan. Again given 30 minutes. The oil, flour and salt for topping crash homogeneous mixture and pour buns. Spread top with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 35-40 minutes at 200 C.

They became really good :) but I have one comment on topping-became too thick and nezalivah and covered with a brush, I do not know what is more whether flour or salt because it was quite salty sauce
