Method
The chicken is boiled and boned. Cut the meat into cubes. Mushrooms are well washed and finely. Cook potatoes well and make a paste with 100-200 ml milk - puree must be thick. Flour fry in margarine until golden, add 400 ml milk and spices (like bechamel sauce). Remove from heat. In a suitable pan fry the mushrooms with a little margarine. After soften, add the chicken and spices and fry some more. Add half of the sauce and mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish (must have a larger size of the pan), but so that the sides remain even empty space. In the space pour mashed potatoes and leveling the level of the mixture. Cover with the remaining amount of sauce and is distributed evenly throughout. Most top grate cheese. Bake until cheese is browned. Cuts in the tray diagonal triangular pieces, but once cool. Before serving, can be heated in a microwave oven.
