Chicken breast with spinach and cheese

Ingredients
4 chicken breast (800 g)
150 g feta cheese
150 g spinach
30 g butter
1 onion
1/2 cup white wine
300 ml chicken broth (1 bouillon cube dissolved in water)
salt, nutmeg, oregano
# For the sauce:
3 tbsp cooking cream
1 tbsp natural starch
50 ml white wine
1 tbsp mustard
parsley

Method
Chopped onion stew in fat Pour the wine and cook until they turn aside. Spinach is poured and cut. Mix the onion, spinach, the feta cheese and spices. Using a sharp knife in the chicken a hole (pocket) which is filled with stuffing. Attaches with a stick. In pan the butter melts and flavored with oregano and salt. Place the chicken breasts and rolled nice in the butter. Pour the chicken broth. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 200 C. Then fthe removing oil and bake until golden. The sauce is prepared to fire, as a continuous stirring to thicken. You can pour a little sauce from baking, if thick. Chicken served with sauce flights.

recipe is great, but I I substituted smoked cheese with melted cheese and mustard missed, really very tasty! Bravo!
