Chicken with cream stew

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
350-400 g mushrooms
400 g sour cream
200 g smoked or processed cheese
60 g butter or olive oil
150 ml white wine
pepper, salt

Method
Cut chicken fillet bites. Put it in a pan and fry gently in the butter (if you prefer you can replace with olive oil). Add in pieces mushrooms (if small can remain intact). Add the wine and wait poizpari liquid. Sprinkle with pepper and add the cream, and then the cheese (optional can be added small teaspoon pesto). Add salt to taste and poured into clay casseroles. Bake in preheated oven at 220C for 60 minutes. Serve warm with fresh garnish, in case I served with salad and potatoes country.

I got the idea from vkusnotiiki.net but I Altered

All raw products put in a pot and bake about 60 minutes. A just as tasty.
