Chicken cutlets with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg chicken lanterns
2 eggs
Mushrooms mushrooms
curry Tharos, pepper, salt
soy sauce
2 cup flour
Method
Chicken lanterns are cooked and deboned. Cut the meat into in small pieces. It puts the salt, pepper, curry sauce and eggs. The mixture is stirred and put the flour. The mixture should be thick, like cake batter. With a large spoon grebva and put in strongly heated sunflower oil. Slightly formed as schnitzel and fry until ready. Serve with garnish optional.
