Ingredients
400 g spinach
4 cloves garlic
300 g chicken fillet
cumin, salt
2 tomatoes
4 tsp olive oil
Method
Spinach stew with olive oil and water, enough to cover it. Chopped garlic mixed with a pinch of cumin and put in spinach. Stew for another 5 minutes. Put it on spinach sliced chicken breast fillet and stew for another 10 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and add salt to taste.

And if you pour the sauce 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup milk, 4 egg yolks and 100 g. grated cheese and browned ... it supeeer.
