Chicken pieces with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
400 g chicken (fillet)
100 g mushrooms
100 g cheese
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp butter
salt, pepper
2-3 tbsp flour

Method
Meat cut into small cubes. Salt and flavor with pepper. Add some flour and nice to Shake the excess. Fry to golden in the butter. Add the mushrooms, 100 ml water and soy sauce. Stew 10 minutes until ready. Serve over mashed potatoes with shredded cheese. Decorate with parsley twigs.

do exactly the same only that rolled in egg and cornflour becomes very nice, I had not thought to do it, now you reminded me. Bravo for the photo. Goes to Favorites to memorize it and try your way
