Chicken steak with mayonnaise

Method
Lightly crushed chicken steaks are coated with mayonnaise and so stay a few hours - the more the better. I keep them spread at most 12 hours and at least two hours. Each time, miracles happen. Roast them on the grill pan on both sides about 2-3 minutes. Serve with garnish optional.
