Choco salami

360 g tea biscuits
125 g butter, softened
200 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla
1 fresh raw egg
3 tsp cocoa
50 g grated chocolate
50 g Chukani raw nuts (hazelnut, almond , cashew, walnut)
# For glaze:
100 g dark chocolate
50 ml liquid pastry cream (if cooking add 2 tsp powdered sugar)

Biscuits grind in a blender, you have crushed them - they are loose and become easy . Put them in a deep bowl. Add other products and nice kneading by hand. Shape as the sausage and put it in the refrigerator to set for at least two hours. You can make one large or two smaller. For glaze melted chocolate and cream in a water bath. Cooled slightly smeared it on salamchetata * *. Leave to tighten again in the refrigerator before eating.

favorite dessert of my husband, childhood! A few weeks ago in a shopping chain stores and we found this sweet sausage, barely half convinced not to buy it (I was sure that he would be disappointed by the taste). Maggie, your recipe sounds very tempting, I will make a surprise weekend! :) Thanks for the idea! :) :) :)

interesting flavor is obtained from chocolate and can add some essence - such as rum or cognac. And I thank you for your opinion :)

salami was great too ... :) great temptation. I made a few minor changes, slowed butter and powdered sugar, put another egg and added to your proposal essence of rum ... like stay one night became even more irresistible ...
