Cold soup of tomatoes and basil

Ingredients
1 kg ripe tomatoes, peeled and cleaned of seeds
1 bunch fresh basil
2 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Method
Tomatoes Strain. Heat on the stove, along with chicken broth. Basil, but few leaves, garlic and olive oil Strain and pour in the tomato mixture. Soups let simmer for 20 minutes, then add the wine and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and leave to cool completely. Decorate with basil leaves. Serve with toasted bread and a little feta cheese Parmesan on top.
