Ingredients
300 g veal cooking
1/2 chicken
pork ear 1
2 pork trotters
300 g pork ribs
300 g colorful salo belly
3 large carrots
1 fresh cabbage
5 -6 potatoes
salt
boiled rice and beans for garnish old

Method
Boil meat, pig feet need more time. When you boil well the flesh, in the same broth boil vegetables such as cabbage cut into 4 pieces, carrots and potatoes also, or cut into rings. Cooked meat is cut into pieces, arranged in a large flat container, add the vegetables and garnished with white rice and boiled beans. Usually the rest of soup broth is made. In Portugal except meat used and special sausages, which also cook, but I do not know if we have them in Bulgaria - the dish can be done without them.
