Ingredients
          5-boiled eggs
          20 g butter
          1 tbsp paprika
          1 tbsp flour
          spices of your choice

          Method
              Eggs are cooked, leave to cool, then cut into two and saute in oil. In a separate pot fry the butter with the flour and paprika, and I put a clove of garlic and herbs and salt. Eggs are removed in a suitable dish and pour with light roux.
