Fine sponge cake

100 g of powdered sugar
100 g granulated sugar
100 g butter
200 g flour
6 eggs
vanilla 1
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa
pinch of salt to taste

All Products be at room temperature, the butter is soft but not liquid. With the mixer the butter mix with powdered sugar foam, add vanilla, a pinch of salt and 3 egg yolks, one after another , was added and the three whole eggs. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add parts to the shattered cream, stirring with a mixer on the lowest level. Wash handles mixer, dry, put in a bowl 3 egg whites with granulated sugar and beat until very thick cream, add parts to the oil part, stir very gently. Cocoa dissolve with a little water is thick bowl robbing wall egg white cream that is left and mix it with the chocolate until fluffy cocoa cream. Divide the cake batter in two and one part add cocoa, stirring gently.
