Ingredients
4 red peppers
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup cooked rice
2 boiled eggs
20 olives
yogurt
Method
Peppers are cut in half lengthwise. Fry in the oil. Make a stuffing of rice, powdered egg yolks, chopped olives, yogurt and salt. Peppers filled with stuffing and served cold.
