Ingredients
500 g gizzards
1 cup bulgur
1 onion
3-4 red and green peppers
1 carrot
1 tsp paprika
savory, black pepper, salt

Method
Put in a saucepan fat and gizzards until almost choke. Add the washed bulgur and cook a few more minutes. Cut the onion, peppers in in large pieces and carrots grated and pour it into the pan. Choke 3-4 minutes, add the red pepper and spices. Pour 5 cups water and Salt the leave to simmer on low heat to cook the gizzard and the bulgur. After removing the dish from the fire, leave it to cool a little and then serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Instead of gizzards, can prepare the dish with chicken, maybe vegan, just increase the amount of peppers with 3-4 and 1 carrot.
