Ingredients
1 kg pork
150 g onion
30 g flour
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 cup red wine
2 tsp paprika
1 cup yogurt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces (the walnut) and fry until browned in the oil, add the onion, finely chopped. After pozaparzhi, add the flour, paprika, salt, cumin and hot water, enough to cover the meat pieces. Simmer, shortly before uvri meat, add the wine and let simmer for another ten minutes. Finally add the yogurt and mix well.
