Ingredients
dried fruit of your choice - apricots, dates, raisins, cherries, figs
nuts of your choice - raw hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts
tahini

Method
All dried fruit finely, mix with chopped or ground nuts and in large pieces with tahini and rolled into balls. The balls are rolled in coconut, sesame or ground nuts of your choice. For example, rolled in crushed pistachio Pistachio very beautifully green.
