Ingredients
1 liter milk
200 ml sweet cream
50 g cocoa
50 g sweetened cocoa
130 g sugar
55 g cornmeal
Method
Mix all dry ingredients. Gradually add the cold milk and cream. Put on medium heat and stir constantly until cream thickens. Distribute into bowls and refrigerate.
