300 g homemade sausage
500 ml cabbage juice (soup)
2 tbsp flour

Method
Sausage cut into large pieces and bake in a baking dish. Add preheated cabbage soup and bring to the boil to thicken with flour. Season with pepper. It is preferable to use fresh homemade pork sausage. The recipe can be filled with pre-cooked in pork fat meats. Suitable for a lunch menu of January 1.
