Horticultural pot with sausage

Ingredients
2 raw smoked sausage
100-150 g peas
100-120 g green beans
4 eggs
1-2 potatoes
1 onion
1 zucchini
1 tomato
4-5 tbsp fat
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp savory
salt
parsley for sprinkling
Method
Chop the onion, sausage - on wheels. Put them in a saucepan with heated sunflower oil, fry a few minutes and the sausage is removed. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, zucchini cut into sticks, green beans - chunks. Once the sausage is pulled to the onions in the pan add the potatoes and beans. Sprinkle paprika and salt it. Pour hot water, enough to cover the products and they are steamed about 5 minutes with the lid on. Then add zucchini sticks, pour peas and stir. Make up water and more products are steamed 10-12 minutes. At the end dish is seasoned with herbs and flavored with dissolved in a little water tomato paste. Pour into pots. In each pot put a few slices of tomato and sausage rings and breaks an egg. Gyuvechetata is Dot and bake about 20 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven. Serve warm on top and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
