In Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
3 tbsp feta cheese Parmesan
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
800 g of tomato paste
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
parsley, basil, oregano
salt, sugar, pepper
olive oil
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with eggs, bread crumbs (leave a few spoons ), Parmesan, salt, some chopped parsley and freshly ground black pepper. Formed into meatballs, rolled in bread crumbs separated and fry until almost in vegetable oil. In a deep pan heat a little olive oil, add onion cut in crescents, crushed garlic and basil. Once stifled, add the tomato paste. Season with salt, 1 tsp sugar, ground black pepper and oregano. Once thickened, add the meatballs, Cover and leave to boil over low heat about 15 minutes. Serve as a main dish, served with white rice or pasta. Best flavor is obtained if the dish sit for at least an hour before serving.
