Lamb of brine

Ingredients
800 g lamb
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp paprika
1/3 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp sunflower oil
10 peppercorns
1 tbsp dry Tharos
salt
Method
The meat is cut into portions and boil for about an hour and a half - two hours. Put it in the tray. Flour mixed with paprika, blurs with cold water and tomato juice. Pour into the pan, add salt, pepper and Tharos. Pour water up to the middle of the pan, stir and bake in moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
