Leeks with pork and mushrooms

Ingredients
3 leeks
300 g pork
300 g mushrooms
50 ml sunflower oil
200 ml tin of tomatoes (or fresh 2)
1 tsp salt, paprika, pepper, cumin, dried garlic
6 eggs

Method
Leeks are cleaned and cut. The meat is cut into chunks and flavored with spices (except paprika). Put it in a pan with the oil and bake 10-15 minutes in preheated oven. Bake until meat, mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut into chunks. Add in the meat and sauté until the water evaporates, which have placed. Then put chopped leek and stew about 20 minutes, then add the tomatoes and paprika. Stews while the fat remains. Eggs are tapping as top nests (not to be confused) and dopicha only upper wire. * Optional can flavor your meat with spices for several hours in advance.
