Lemon ice cream - II type

Ingredients
250 ml strained lemon juice
rind of 2 lemons
250 ml water
250 g sugar
100 g cream
strawberries, cherries, mint decoration
Method
In a saucepan pour the water , sugar and lemon peel. Leave to boil 4 minutes then removed from heat and allowed for 60 minutes. Add lemon juice, cream, stir and pour into a container in which you will freeze, then left in the freezer. Serve with strawberries, cherries and mint.
