Meat in Samara

Ingredients
700 g pork or veal
2 salted or pickled cucumbers
3 onions
4-5 tbsp cream
salt

Method
Cut the meat into thin strips (julienne) and onion crescents . Add salt and fry for 5 minutes over high stove. Add the cream and chopped cucumbers, cover with lid and stew until ready - about 25 minutes. If the meat is beef - 40 minutes. Serve mashed potatoes and garnish to taste.

In our family liked very much and is easy to pregotvyane. I added only 1 tsp mustard and a little pepper
