Method
Rice is cleaned and washed well. Onion and pepper finely, carrots grated in large pieces and sauté in a little oil with 1 cup water until soft (5 minutes). Add to stew and the chopped mushrooms and sauté about 5 minutes. Add rice and mixed with all vegetables. And add salt, pepper and paprika. Pour mixture into pan. In 2 liters of hot water were dissolved broths. With the resulting broth pour the rice with vegetables and place in preheated oven to bake at 200 C. The dish is ready when the water has evaporated and the rice swell. At the end sprinkle with chopped parsley. For you not become dry rice turn the oven as soon as they see that the water has evaporated, but not completely, so that the rice is baked from above.
