Spaghetti with garlic and parsley

500 g spaghetti N2
10 cloves of garlic
1 bunch parsley
feta cheese Parmesan
1 hot pepper optional
50 ml olive oil

In high pot put water, salt and pipette little sunflower oil. As the water boils placed spaghetti. Boil 3 minutes, strain the water and spaghetti returning to the pan. Allow 1/2 cup the water of the pasta. In a pan put olive oil, chopped garlic and chopped pepper. Fry until the garlic turn pink, add chopped parsley, stir and immediately pour in the pasta. Place the pan on the stove and pasta began to fry, adding a little of the water in which they are cooked. Fry 3 minutes stirring constantly. Instant noodles are placed in a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bravo! Very good recipe - as pesto, but prepared at the moment. We will use very soon.

Very tasty get ... especially with chilli;)

prepared in this way pasta is a favorite of my daughter. Because of her chilli miss it, but they add some chopped olives, combine very well.

I really like and I think this is an Italian recipe * §Alliot oil is peperoncino * but parsley. We liked and parsley
