Ingredients
300 g lamb mince
700 g beef
1 eggplant
1 onion
1 zucchini
3-4 potatoes
150-200 g sterilized tomatoes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 parsley
1 tsp mint
# TOPPING:
1 tbsp flour
2 yolks
30 g butter
150 ml milk

Method
Chop the onion finely and fry. When it glass, add minced meat and fry until crumbs. Peel eggplant cut into rings, add salt and leave to drain.
