Muffins with orange and chocolate spread

Ingredients
480 g flour
240 g sugar
10 g baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp finely grated orange peel
240 g yogurt
120 g melted butter
3 tbsp orange juice
1/2 capsule vanilla essence
1 egg
brown sugar for sprinkling
chocolate spread
Method
In a bowl sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Mix with orange peel, sugar and mix. In another bowl mix the milk, the butter, juice and egg. Mix well and add vanilla. Add flour gradually and stirred to homogeneity. Spoon ice cream is packed part of the mixture in muffin form. Insert 1 tsp chocolate spread, then make a further mixture. Muffins sprinkled with brown sugar. Bake about 20 minutes or sample with a toothpick, it should come out dry. Finished muffins sprinkled with powdered sugar.
