Ingredients
1 liter of red wine
100 g sugar
1 apple
1 quince
1 pear
100 ml brandy
in 1/2 tsp cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg
# To decorate glasses:
1 lemon
20 g sugar
Method
The fruits are peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into small beautiful shapes using curly knife. In court put fruits, sugar and 100 ml water. Boil 5 minutes and add the cognac and all spices. Boil and remove from heat. The fruit is removed and the liquid is strained. The wine is warm (not to the boil) and add the drained fruit and liquid. Serve in warmed suitable container. Glasses, which will be poured mulled wine soaked in lemon juice and sugar to form a beautiful ledge. Drink hot, and the fruits are eaten with a small fork.
