Mushrooms with flour and dill

Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
100 g flour
70-80 g butter
100 ml dry white wine
250 ml water
pinch of salt
pinch nutmeg
1/4 bunch fresh dill
Method
Mushrooms are washed under running water. Cut into small pieces. In a deep skillet with a lid put the piece butter and a pinch of salt. Place the container on the stove included. Sift the flour and blurs in a bowl with 100 ml lukewarm water. As the butter is melted add the mushrooms. Stirred with a wooden spoon and left to pozaparzhat for 5-10 minutes. When ready pour flour kashitsa trickle. Again stirred. Pour 150 ml water and 100 ml dry white wine. Stir and leave for 10 minutes to choke under the hood. Finally othlupva and sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg and chopped fresh dill.
