Mushrooms with goat cheese

Ingredients
8 large mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
150 g soft goat feta cheese
8 slices of Prague ham
2 tbsp olive oil
handful of coarsely chopped parsley
1 toast
Salad Serving
salt
50 g pine nuts, lightly toasted
Method
Heat the oven to 200 C. The mushrooms are washed, cleaned of stumps, dry and arrange in a baking dish with cilia up. Sprinkle with finely crushed garlic, salt to taste. Put it in a little feta cheese in each sponge and the top is placed a slice of ham. Sprinkle with olive oil. Tray was covered with foil and bake for 10 minutes. In the middle of baking fthe oil is removed and finish baking. When the mushrooms are done, and the feta cheese has melted, sprinkle with pine nuts and parsley. Serve with toast and salad.
