Onion pastry - III type

Ingredients
4 cups (800 g) flour
20 g yeast
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
750 g onion
50 g walnuts
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil

Method
Of flour, yeast and 2 cups (400 ml) of water to knead dough, which is divided into two equal parts and leave in a warm place to rise for 10-15 minutes. One part is spread on the bottom of the tray. Onions, coarsely chopped stew in the oil, add a little water and chopped walnuts. The filling is placed on a layer of dough with wet hands spread above the second part of the dough and bake in a moderate oven.

Hmm where you mince? Or pork cubes. This is onion pastry, not the lean luchnicheta.

onion pastry is made with spicy, with lots of onion, with lots of walnuts and who wants and puts less rice. Meat not put :)

I did it this technology, but changed the stuffing, I added mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, and herbs - mint, savory, basil, fresh garlic, thyme. Great goodies get!
