Ingredients

3 eggs
130 g flour
200 ml milk
salt
# For the filling:
500 g zucchini
60 g butter
100 g sugar
40 g walnuts
Method
The eggs are broken, add to fuzzy milk flour and salt. Mixture of fried pancakes. Courgettes are peeled, grated and sauté in the butter until soft. Add sugar, chopped or ground walnuts. Stuffing is distributed pancakes that are rolled up.
