Peppers with tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
500 g of tomato sauce or 1 kg of fresh tomatoes
2 eggs
100 g flour
1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Peppers are thoroughly wash and bake. As poizstinat little peel and split with a knife 4 and salting. Oval is peppers in flour then in beaten eggs and pre-fried in very hot oil. For the tomato sauce: Peel the onion and cut into small pieces, fry to golden and to this was added finely chopped garlic and tomato paste or peeled and diced fresh tomatoes and salt to taste. Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes. Fried peppers arranged in a glass baking dish and pour on top with tomato sauce.
