Piggy dough

Ingredients
375 g flour
7 g dry yeast
120 g butter
200 ml water
1 yolk
stuffing of your choice

Method
Of the products is kneaded dough. Allow to rest 15 minutes. In bowl, cut the head of a pig, and a cup muzzle, as the head and muzzle are of two rounds. Between the two rounds put a little stuffing to taste and stick with yolk. Muzzle previously made two holes on the upper circle. The ears are cut with a form of heart, as the general part is glued underneath. The eyes are made with circles of dough. Head is brushed with egg whites, beaten with a little water and stuck the muzzle and eyes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Bake at 200 C and baking.
