Pork chops with apple

Ingredients
4 pork chops
sunflower oil
1 cup apple
lemon juice
nutmeg
3 tbsp cream
salt, pepper
Method
Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper and fry in sunflower oil until browned. Remove them and put them warm. The rest of the frying fat pour wine, mixed with lemon juice and oranges. Allow the fire to boil off half. Add the grated nutmeg and cream. With the resulting sauce pour over steaks. Serve with a side of steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
