Pork with mozzarella on a bed of beans and lentils

Ingredients
4 pieces of pork
1 sprig rosemary
1 and 1/2 cup boiled, drained beans
1 and 1/2 cup cooked and drained lentils
4 slices mozzarella (if from baby mozzarella - 8)
1 small onion
5-6 tbsp olive oil
100 ml broth
paprika
parsley
Method
Rosemary fry in olive oil 4 tbsp. Tenderloin is hammered lightly and fry in the same fat. Put it in a baking dish, top ranks mozzarella, pour a few drops of olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and bake gently in very hot oven (only begin to melt mozzarella). Fry the onion in the remaining olive oil, add beans and lentils, broth and passaged. The couch is placed in the pan, put the meat on top with the mozzarella and sprinkle with parsley.

cheerful, rosemary is not it a little much, as I predvit how to fine flavor?

Ole, rosemary seedling is very small. But this is the recipe. I am not make it. I watched it in one English TV channel, like me and saved it.
