700 g pork tenderloin
300 ml cream
200 g vegetable mix (corn, carrots, peas, red peppers)
1 bunch green onions
250 g mushrooms
1 cup Rice
1 onion, chopped
50 g butter
Pork tenderloin is washed, dried and carefully cut skins. It is very important to do, because if they are not removed will become tough during cooking. Fillet cut into thin strips. The butter is melted in a pan, add the minced meat where onion and stew. Meat sprinkle with pepper and put into the pan. Stir and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and the dish is left to choke until tender mushrooms. Pour the cream and leave on low heat to boil off the cream by half. Boil the rice, vegetables are steamed. In a large bowl put some of the rice and top of the vegetables. Form a well in the center of the rice and put it in 2-3 ladles of the prepared pork. Serve immediately. For a richer flavor to the mushrooms can be added and a handful porcini soaking before for about 20 minutes in lukewarm water to relax. In addition mushrooms can be used and roe.
