Potato burgers with bacon and olives

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
200 g bacon
200 g pitted olives
2 onions
2 eggs
pikantina
savory
pepper, salt
fat for frying
# breading:
cornmeal
1 egg
Method
Cook potatoes without peeling, then peel and then cooling grated or mashed. Add to previously steamed bacon with chopped onion, chopped olives. Add egg, pikantina, savory, black pepper. Formed into meatballs and PANIC in cornmeal and egg and fry in fat.

Hmm .. Great idea. Will give them a try.

At the moment dine with them ... unique recipe BUT baked in the oven instead of frying pan. Inexplicably fell apart in the pan. I decided not to spoil the pleasure, a greased baking pan with oil, I shaped them and put them for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Did not stay long, barely hid 2 :)
