280 g delight
400 g prepared filo pastry sheets
1/3 cup sunflower oil
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Cut pieces of Turkish delight into quarters lengthwise. Take banitsa pan and place on a sheet itself, as the long side lies against you. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp of the oil. Place another sheet of phyllo. On the long side of the peel off about 2 cm from the edge arrange delight sticks tightly to each other on one line. Roll. Cut into pieces with a length of about 3-4 cm. Place in a greased tray lokumkite. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15-20 minutes, to give a golden tan. After removing from the oven lokumkite sprinkled with powdered sugar. * Optional can be used with different flavors delight.
