Rabbit in cream sauce

Ingredients
1 rabbit
1 kg onions (shallots)
500 ml sour cream
250 g processed cheese
125 g butter
salt, pepper
crushed dried basil
Method
Sliced rabbit fry in melted butter to clean pinking. Remove and place in a glass dish. In the same oil fry the peeled onions until they become transparent. Remove and transfer to a container with the meat. Cream is heated in a suitable container and add ragged or cut into pieces, processed cheese, stirring until melted the feta cheese. Seasoned with salt and pepper and add the basil. Bake for about an hour in a moderate oven.
