Rice frozen vegetables

Ingredients
400 g mix frozen vegetables
1 cup rice (milled)
60-70 g butter
1 cube chicken bouillon
salt
pepper

Method
Insert the butter in a pan to melt, add frozen vegetables and sauté for 6-7 minutes until tender. Once tender and water has evaporated add the rice and fry until translucent. Make up 3 cups hot water, broth and, if necessary, added salt. Transfer the whole mixture in the pan, sprinkle top with pepper and bake in the oven until ready. Baked dish was capped with a lid for 10 minutes to choke or cover with a towel. The dish can be used as a main or side dish.

Super is, may not bake. And then put soy sauce.

ordained as orizcheto added and dill, get something wonderful, although it zapekoh.
