Salted snails

Ingredients
450 g puff pastry
100-150 g chutney
150 g grated feta cheese
parsley for sprinkling

Method
Puff pastry cut in half lengthwise. Each half smeared with chutney, sprinkle with the feta cheese and parsley. Turn on rolls and cut into 1.5 cm thick snails. Arranged on a tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 C until golden.

With bacon I've done it and it is very tasty. Will now try with chutney and cheese.
