Soup of lamb lung

Ingredients
1 lamb lung
1 onion
1 bunch spring onions
salt
pepper
paprika
40 g rice
parsley
1 egg
3 sterilized tomatoes
yogurt
mint
dill
fat frying
Method
The liver add salt, pour 2 liters of water and boiled. Drained, chopped into small pieces. Finely chopped onion (both) fry in fat, seasoned with red pepper, pour broth. Add rice, tomatoes, parsley, mint, dill, chopped. Boil a few minutes, seasoned with egg, yogurt and ground black pepper.

to fry onions, add chopped 1 bunch dock to choke, then add a tablespoon flour and then pour the broth.
