Soup of leek and mushrooms

Ingredients
3 leeks
250 g mushrooms
celery
butter
2 cubes chicken broth
2 potatoes
1 cup yogurt
dill
parsley optional
1 egg yolk

Method
Leeks and potatoes are finely chopped and sauté in the butter for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped celery and mushrooms, pour 1.5 liters of hot water and cook for 15 minutes. Bouillon cubes were added and boiled for 5 minutes. Yolk mix with milk, diluted with a little broth and soup thickenerta pour in the soup. Soup sprinkled with dill or parsley optional.
